Meeting the IRS

Everyone cringes at the thought of being audited.  A taxpayer may be represented by a CPA at the taxpayer's audit.  A form 2848 "power of attorney" must be filled out, and filed with the IRS.  There are two keys to any audit.  They are preparing for the audit, and having the information necessary to satisfy the auditor.  Mr. Saunders will represent you on an audit, so you will not have to deal with the IRS, by yourself.

KEY BENEFITS:

You may be represented at your audit.

IRS Penalties

IRS penalties are assessed for just about everything.  These penalties are intended to punish taxpayers and make them comply in the future.  The penalty abatement requests are based on the taxpayers "reasonable cause".   The IRS has abated the penalties for many reasons, although the IRS determination of what qualifies as "reasonable cause" is rather narrow, according to the IRS guidelines.  We can walk you though any steps needed based on the case.
